AuraNest believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, established a customer-friendly cancellation and refund policy.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.
- AuraNest does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers, food products, or other items with limited shelf life. However, a refund or replacement can be issued if the customer can demonstrate that the quality of the delivered product was unsatisfactory.
Refund Policy
- In case you receive damaged or defective items, you must report this to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. Once the merchant has inspected and verified the issue, the request will be processed.
- If the product received does not match the product displayed on the site or fails to meet your expectations, please inform our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the item. The team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
- For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, customers are advised to contact the manufacturer directly for issues covered under the warranty.
Processing Refunds
- Refunds approved by AuraNest will be processed within 3-5 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
